FAQ

Answers for owners, managers, and tenants.

How fast can we launch?

The launch scope is focused: property setup, rent collection, maintenance, and owner reporting. We recommend onboarding one workflow at a time rather than migrating an entire portfolio in one pass.

Does LeaseyLog handle payouts and rent collection?

Yes. Stripe handles rent collection and payout onboarding. Owners can also record offline payments manually, and Connect onboarding status is surfaced in the dashboard.

Will tenants and owners see different dashboards?

Yes. Role-aware screens keep tenants focused on payments and requests while owners/managers track portfolio health and work queues.

Is bank syncing included at launch?

Not by default. Plaid-based bank syncing is being kept in private beta while we harden classification and reconciliation flows.

Early access

Join the first launch cohort for small landlords.

We are rolling out rent collection, maintenance workflows, and cash-based owner reporting first. Early access is limited so we can support onboarding directly.
